(Schenectady, NY) The Schenectady Metroplex Development Authority’s Board of Directors met on March 21, 2018 and adopted the Authority’s Five-Year Capital Projects Plan. This fulfills the requirement outlined in the Enabling Statute of the New York State Public Authorities Law.
