Along with MTX, mavQ, a company focused on implementing artificial intelligence based solutions, will co-occupy the office space. Initially, this initiative will bring 25 jobs to the downtown area, with future growth potential of up to 50 jobs.

The Metroplex Board approved a $100,000 grant that will be used to support the move to 400 State Street.

Following renovations to the office space, the company plans occupancy in Spring of 2024.
