Governor Cuomo has issued an executive order requiring that service of an alcoholic beverage must be accompanied by the purchase of a food item.

The NYS Liquor Authority (SLA) has issued guidance on this new requirement.

The SLA guidance is effective immediately, and the executive order will expire on August 15.  The executive order may be extended or eliminated at that time.
