SCHENECTADY, N.Y. — Metroplex has wrapped up improvements at our parking
garage on Broadway in Downtown Schenectady just in time to host audiences for
the Donna Summer musical to be held at Proctors from 12/7 to 12/12.

All five stair towers have been repainted. Handrails were repaired and repainted. All
steps were refinished and a non-slip epoxy flooring was poured. All new fire-rated
doors, door frames and hardware have been installed.
